After retiring from a 28-year career with the Illinois EPA, Rob founded Foot Stone, Inc. He now uses his myriad of environmental skills, including native plant cultivation, ecological burns and invasive species control, for residential, governmental and commercial landowners.

Will DeVries
is a dedicated restoration ecologist and the general manager of Foot Stone Inc. With a degree in Fisheries and Wildlife from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Will has always been passionate about wildlife conservation and ecology. After interning with Foot Stone Inc. during college, he joined the company full-time. Committed to making a tangible difference, he combines scientific expertise with hands-on experience to create sustainable environmental solutions. Outside of work, Will continues to explore and advocate for conservation initiatives, staying engaged with the latest technologies and developments in ecological restoration.
